By accessing or using Ignite Your Events ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Ignite Your Events is a platform designed to help DJ businesses manage events, communicate with clients, and facilitate guest experiences. The Service includes features for event planning, client management, guest portals, song requests, and related tools.

Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types

The Service offers different account types including business accounts for DJ professionals and personal accounts for clients and guests. Each account type has different permissions and access levels.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including event details, client information, and media. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receiving transactional emails necessary for the operation of your account and participation in events. These include invitations, account notifications, and event-related communications.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ignite Your Events and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Your Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
